The Brand


Meditreks (formerly known as Cabtreks) had pivoted to an adjacent market sector and needed a brand that spoke to their new positioning. We connected the points and came up with the new name and pill logo representing the "M" in Meditreks. Given that the brand is positioned to attract customers in the healthcare space it was important for the logo and font to have a polish and finish representative of this.

Meditreks was suffering from a series of labour intensive tasks that we were able to successfully automate. The cumulative value of these tasks saved the company thousands of dollars on a weekly basis.

The Technology


A variation of the K-means clustering algorithm was implemented in order to cluster and build route density optimizing for a profit. A mobile app was distributed to drivers and a webapp was the input method for delivery demand from medical professionals. The mobile app handled all aspects of customer verification and compliance, as well as lower level tasks such as navigation



The system implemented, successfully allowed for the delivery of tens of thousands of medical packages with less than a 0.7% error rate

Management Infrastructure


Being a two sided marketplace in a highly regulated space, the company needed to identify and monitor key KPI's to insure that their customers continually received an incredible experience and to identify marketplace health problems in advance of a breaking issue. We built the dashboards and connected the CRM to handle automated customer outreach and engagement
