The Brand


It all starts with a story.

The ethos of The Plug is that the founders saw how Cannabis culture was being robbed by corporations uninterested with the grassroots of the culture. The plug was created to represent a familiar person in the cannabis consumers life pre-legalization. This is why the logo was modelled after the familiar evil smile icon known to all. The company and the brand serve as a reminder for who we were pre-legalization.

The Technique

The Plug sought to implement the most frictionless medical sign up process in the Canadian Cannabis landscape. This involved integrating novel technologies into existing ecommerce solutions resulting in a truly unique user experience.
